2008年　　カリフォルニア・コスタメサ発のアクションスポーツアパレルfyaskoの正規輸入代理店を開始

​

2010年　　イタリア発の腕時計TOO LATEの販売代理店を開始

​

2011年　　株式会社ALISTに社名変更

​

                同年スペイン発のマルチファンクションヘッドウェアBUFFの販売代理店を開始

​

2012年　　ロサンゼルス発のスピーカー搭載のバッグJammyPackの正規入代理店を開始

​

2015年      株式会社ALISTにて新規事業開設に伴い、株式会社REMARKを設立

 

2016年　　ニューヨーク発のLED内蔵スマートフォンケースLuMeeの正規輸入代理店を開始

                同年カリフォルニア発のウォータープルーフスピーカーSPEAQUAの正規輸入代理店を開始

 

2017年　　ロサンゼルス発のスマートフォンケースGrip2uの正規輸入代理店を開始

2020年　　ニューヨーク発のモバイルアクセサリーHANDLの正規輸入代理店を開始

2006         Established AGENDA JAPAN Inc.

                Started business as the Japanese organizer of the joint exhibition AGENDA SHOW held in Los Angeles

​

2008         Begins as an distributor for action sports apparel fyasko from Costa Mesa, California.

​

2010         Started sales agency for TOO LATE, an Italian wristwatch.

​

2011         Company name changed to ALIST Inc.

​

                 In the same year, we started a sales agency for multi-function headwear BUFF from Spain.

​

2012          Begins as an distributor of JammyPack, a bag equipped with speakers from Los Angeles.

​

2015          Established REMARK Inc. with the opening of a new business at ALIST Inc.

 

2016          Became an distributor for LuMee, a smartphone case with built-in LED from New York.

​

                  In the same year, we became an distributor for SPEAQUA, a waterproof speaker from California.

 

2017          Became an distributor for Grip2u, a smartphone case from Los Angeles.

2018          Begins as an distributor for roller skates COLOROLL from Korea.

​

2020          Begins as an distributor for mobile accessories HANDL from New York.

​

2022          Begins as an distributor for Vapur, a water bottle from California.

​

2023          Begins distributor for importer of CLOSCA, a foldable helmet from Spain.
